Losing a family member is very difficult but knowing there is financial relief can help with some of the worries. Division of Workers’ Compensation Director Peter Lyskowski talks about survivor benefits as well as explains the importance for employees to keep their dependent information up to date with their employer. Unfortunately, there are families who are unaware of these benefits because the employer either did not provide the Division with the dependent information or did not have the current dependent information.
